The foundation stone for Princess Christian Home was laid on 24 September 1904 which makes it one of the oldest residence for the elderly in Pretoria.
The Home is an independent non-profit organisation and specialises in 24-hour elderly care for those who are able, frail or suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
The Home is well known for it’s warm and friendly atmosphere and can accommodate about ninety residents.
